Cancellation Policy
01Service Cancellation
Customers can request the cancellation of their subscription or specific services at any time. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible while ensuring clear expectations for both parties.
02Subscription Cancellation
For recurring subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting contact@growwindia.com.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
03Project-Based Services
For project-based services (like Tender Bidding Support):
- Cancellations are accepted if the actual work on the project has not yet commenced.
- If work has already started, a partial cancellation fee may apply based on the volume of work completed.
